Subject: NEO and compost sludge

Well the Flood farm has apparently gone under the radar with sludge....

Jim Pollock of the DEP stated that you don't need a permit for composted sludge....have been after NEO to find out....
they are supposed to call back.

According to the rules NEOis supposed to file with the DEP all their last year activities...by Feb. 28....and on 3/1 we will
be at the DEP

This is so frustrating...we had headaches, and nausea and we lost our rooster and 2 hens for no apparent reason...
the only difference were the Flood waste trucks for 3 weeks going down our road!....and I babysit my grandchildren...
one is a new born.....

I am so scared....

Dam these farmers to hell!!!
