Farms & Co., saying it's polluted the Hatchie and Mississippi Rivers, harmed fish and wildlife, created foul Odors and
left water and streambanks covered with a black film. Tennessee "REGULATORS" take no enforcement action in
regard to water contamination by sludge runoff.
